Tartu Students’ Club


Non-profit organisation Tartu Students’ Club was founded by University of Tartu and Estonian Agricultural University in 31th of March 1999.

The main function of Tartu Students’ Club is to co-ordinate the activity of cultural collectives of Tartu universities.

Right now there are ten cultural collectives operating under Tartu Students’ Club: The Tartu Academic Man Choir, The Academic Female Choir of the University of Tartu, The Chamber Choir of the University of Tartu, The Tartu University Symphony Orchestra, The Chamber Choir Camerata Universitatis of Estonian University of Life Sciences, The ensemble of Folk-art of the University of Tartu, Tarbatu – the ensemble of Folk-dance of the University of Life Sciences, The Tartu Student Theatre, The brass-band Popsid, The Early Music Ensemble Festivitas Artium Schola.

Tartu Students’ Club also offers an opportunity to rent different rooms for organizing parties, get-togethers, celebrations, forums and schoolings.

Tartu Students’ Club with an organizing team of students organizes a festival called Tartu Studentdays. The festival takes place twice a year – in the spring and in the autumn. The festival continues for a whole week and offers many different events for students and townsfolk.
